Elliot Rogers, LICSW
Elliot joined NCYF in April 2025 as the Clinic Director. Shortly after, Elliot was promoted to the Director of Operations. Elliot oversees the operations of all the programmatic departments – Outpatient/CBHI services, Foster Care services, Therapeutic Day Program services, and Residential services. Additionally, Elliot works with Executive leadership to ensure quality of care and strategically plan future directives of NCYF. Elliot enjoys spending time outdoors with his friends and family and is married with two young daughters.
