Jessica Bernier, MBA
Jessica was elected to the NCYF Board of Directors in September, 2023. Jessica brings over a decade of expertise in nonprofit operations, finance, and administration to the Northeast Center for Youth & Families. With an MBA and a Master’s in Accounting, Jessica has specialized in nonprofit accounting and has a strong commitment to fostering organizational excellence and sustainability. Currently, Jessica serves as the Director of Operations at Chosen, where she oversees HR, IT, finance, and administration, helping foster and adoptive children work through trauma by building meaningful connections. Jessica’s passion for nonprofit work began in her teenage years and has remained a cornerstone of her professional life. With her expertise and personal dedication to advancing the missions of nonprofit organizations, Jessica is proud to support the Northeast Center for Youth & Families as a member of the board of directors. Jessica was elected Treasurer in 2025.
