Michael Forest
Michael joined NCYF in 2021 with over 20 years Human Service experience with most in a leadership role. As the Quality Improvement Coordinator, he oversees the quality improvement process, working with program teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to consumers. Michael works with senior management, staff, consumers, and outside stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and to develop remedial plans and identify training needs. He serves on various committees within the agency to assure ongoing quality improvement and consumer satisfaction.
Mr. Forest is a Certified CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Trainer and has a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Services from Springfield College. Michael is an avid outdoorsman spending much of his spare time enjoying fly-fishing, hiking, camping, and boating with his family and friends.
